摘要
采用捏合法和混合法制备得到Pt负载SAPO-11/MOR复合分子筛催化剂,采用XRD、BET及NH3-TPD表征了其物化性质。以正庚烷为模型化合物,考察了捏合法和混合法2种不同方法制备的Pt负载型复合分子筛催化剂Pt-SAPO-11/MOR和Pt-SAPO-11//Pt-MOR的异构化催化性能。结果表明,Pt-SAPO-11/MOR和Pt-SAPO-11//Pt-MOR催化剂的异构化催化性能差异较大。捏合法减少了复合分子筛催化剂的强酸中心,同时,其催化剂中不同类型分子筛间的结合更为紧密,使反应中间体及产物更容易在分子筛间迁移,其协同作用促进了多支链异构体的生成。
The hydroisomerization prepared by kneading method catalysts of Pt-SAPO-11/MOR and Pt-SAPO-11//Pt-MOR were and mixed method of Pt loaded on SAPO-11/MOR. The physicochemical properties of Pt-SAPO-11/MOR and Pt-SAPO-11//Pt-MOR were characterized by XRD, BET and NH3-TPD. The catalytic hydroisomerization performances of these catalysts were evaluated with n-heptane as model compound. The results indicated that the preparation method of the composite zeolite catalyst had much influence on its catalytic activity for n-heptane hydroisomerization. The strong acidity of Pt-SAPO-11/MOR prepared by kneading method was reduced. In addition, the combination between different molecular sieves in Pt-SAPO-11/MOR was stronger, so the migration of reaction intermediates and products was easier between the molecular sieves. The synergistic effect of two zeolites promoted the formation of multibranched isomers.
