摘要
目的分析我区近十年剖宫产率情况及相关干预措施。方法以我区近十年各助产机构统一上报的产科质量报表数据为基本资料,了解相关干预措施对降低剖宫产率的成效。结果我区近十年剖宫产率呈下降趋势,由42.27%降至35.45%,处于较低水平。结论目前,在各种因素影响下我国剖宫产率居高不下,我区通过各级部门不断努力,在保障母婴安全的前提下,使剖宫产率维持在较低水平。
OBJECTIVE Analysis of the 10 years cesarean delivery rate and the related intervention measures of Haizhu. METHODS Obstetric quality report data for basic information was applied to understand the effect of the related intervention measures to de- crease the rate of cesarean delivery. RESULTS The cesarean delivery rate of haizhu was not only on the decline from 42.27% to 35.45% but also belonged to the lower level for nearly 10 years. CONCLUSION At present, the cesarean delivery rate of china is high of the influence of various factors, however, through constant efforts to departments at all levels stay low cesarean section rates on the premise of maternal and infant security in Haizhu.
