摘要
厦门货运代理行业发展起步较晚,近几年随着厦门港口的迅速发展,货代行业竞争无序、发展良莠不齐,主要表现在货代企业数量多而小、业务范围重复、人才短缺、缺乏核心竞争力。为提高厦门货运代理行业在国际市场上的核心竞争力,推进厦门货运代理行业的转型升级,本文采用价值链理论的研究方法,分析厦门货代货运代理行业的发展现状,应用价值链原理对其发展现状进行研究,探讨厦门货代业货运代理行业转型升级的内、外部动因,提出适合厦门货运代理行业发展现状的转型升级路径,即走联合和整合转型路线,实现货代信息共享,厦台货代结合升级以及向第三方物流转型的转型升级路径,对厦门货运代理行业的转型升级具有一定的借鉴意义。
The freight forwarding industry in Xiamen started relatively late. In recent years, with the rapid development of Xiamen port, the forwarding industry is disorder in competition and varied. The major characteristics include many freight forwarding enterprises with overlap business scope, talents shortage, and lack of core competitiveness. In order to improve the core competitiveness of Xiamen forwarding industry in the international market, and transformation of Xiamen forwarding industry, the paper analyzes the development present situation of Xiamen freight forwarding industry based on the theory of value chain, and discusses the motivation of transformation and upgrading. The suitable transformation and upgrading path for Xiamen freight forwarding industry is put forward, that is union and integration, information sharing, combination and upgrading of Xiamen and Taiwan forwarding industry, and third party logistics. The study has provided certain reference for the upgrading and transformation of the freight forwarding industry in Xiamen.
