摘要
由于现行规范中要求的探测器相对于释放源的距离太近,且没有明确介质中硫化氢质量浓度为多少时需要设置等,针对石油天然气工程设计中,硫化氢探测器的设置及设置距离的不合理之处进行了探讨。参照国内外相关规范、标准,就硫化氢探测器的设置位置及设置距离给出了可行性解决方案,使设计更加符合生产实际,在保障安全的情况下,可节省大量投资及人工成本。
Aiming at petroleum & gas engineering design, unreasonable points and setting distance of H2S detectors in oil and gas engineering design are discussed since the detector is relative near to release source in current specification requirements, and without clear guidance under what H2S mass concentration to set it. A solution for HzS detector setting position and distance is given with reference to relative domestic and international specifications, standards. It makes design more suitable for actual production. The investment and human cost will be sharply decreased under safety guarantee.
