摘要
依据很多国内煤机企业实施ERP系统效果不理想的情况,对现有ERP实施方法进行了阐述,提出ERP实施方法的改进建议,建议从支撑煤机企业战略目标、结合煤机企业管理层次2方面进行改进。
On the basis of a lot of domestic coal enterprises to implement ERP system effect is not the ideal situation, the implementation method of the existing ERP are described, then we propose the implementation of ERP method, suggestions for improvement from two aspects of coal management level of enterprises with the strategic goal of the enterprise supporting coal machine.
