摘要
从2011年我国首个弃婴岛试点在石家庄设立以来,弃婴岛的运营为挽救无数婴儿的生命起到了积极作用;但随着弃婴岛运营的逐渐深入,与弃婴岛相关的负面舆论压力、资金来源不稳定、救助体系不完善等实施问题也相继暴露,已经逐渐影响到弃婴岛后续的建设和运营。本文从弃婴的社会背景入手,分析我国弃婴岛在运营中存在的问题,通过借鉴国外弃婴岛的经验,对我国弃婴岛的后续运营提出相应的建议和对策。
Since the establishment of the first pilot baby hatch in 2011 in Shijiazhuang, China, it has saved countless babies＇ lives, and played a positive role, but with its gradual development, problems associated with it appeared gradually, such as negative pressure, insufficient capital source, and unstable assistance system, etc., which has gradually affected the subsequent construction and operation of baby hatch. Starting from the social background of baby hatch, this paper analyzes its problems in operation in our country, and puts forward the corresponding suggestions and countermeasures on its subsequent operation in our country by using the foreign experiences.
