microRNAs对破骨细胞分化的调控

摘要 miRNAs(microRNAs)是一类小分子非编码单链RNA,在转录后水平实现对靶基因的调控。破骨细胞在骨代谢的动态平衡中发挥重要作用。部分miRNAs参与调控破骨细胞分化,影响破骨细胞的骨吸收活性,导致骨质疏松、骨硬化等疾病。miRNAs有望成为骨吸收异常疾病的生物学标志物和预后指标,并可为基因治疗提供新的靶点,具有一定临床意义和良好应用前景。本文就miRNAs对破骨细胞调控的进展进行综述。 MicroRNAs (miRNAs) are a class of small non-coding single-stranded RNA molecules that have e- merged as important posttranscriptional regulators of target gene expression. Osteoclast plays a crucial role in the bone re- sorption. Recent discovery of some miRNAs regulating the bone homeostasis by osteoclast differentiation have led to new insights into the biological markers and prognostic factors of bone disorders such as osteoporosis and osteosclerosis, as well as the new targets for gene therapy. This review discussed the known and the latest progress of miRNAs, its regulation in osteoclast differentiation, in response to certain clinical significance and promising practical.
