摘要
沙特非常重视"去极端化"反恐策略,其逻辑线路是通过改造极端分子的思想观念、促使极端分子回归社会以阻止恐怖主义在沙特的蔓延。沙特"去极端化"的内容包括思想和行为两个层面,分为集中改造和回归社会等阶段。沙特的相关策略具有针对性强、社会辐射面宽、与"硬反恐"策略相互配合等特点,但也面临"去极端化"的思想武器等多方面的重大挑战。借鉴沙特的经验,国际社会需要从整体把握"去极端化"反恐策略。
Saudi Arabia attaches great importance to counter- terrorism strategy--＂ de -extremalization＂, which is used to bring extremists back to society and prevent terrorism from spreading in Saudi through reeducation of extremists＇ thoughts . It includes two aspects thoughts and behaviors, and can be divided into two phases centralized reeducation and return to society. Saudi Arabia＇ s related strategies are targeted and interwork with tough counter- terrorism strategy, exerting great influence on society. However, they are confronted great challenges such as ideological weapon of ＂ de - extremalization＂. Using Saudi Arabia＇ s experience for reference, international society shall have a understanding of ＂de -extremalization＂ from a holistic perspective.
