摘要
中国入世十余载,在适用WTO争端解决机制解决国际贸易争端方面取得了可喜成绩,在我方作为申诉方主动申诉且审结的8起案例中,有7起案例获得不同程度的胜诉结果,体现了中国有效适用WTO争端解决机制和准确适用WTO规则的能力。认真研究这些审结案例的胜诉经验,总结出对我们的启示或警示,对我国日后更有效解决国际贸易争端具有积极的意义。
China has made great achievements in applying WTO dispute settlement mechanism for the settlement of inter- national trade disputes since China＇s WTO accession for more than ten years. In the 8 cases that China appealed as a complaint and Concluded, 7 cases won in different levels. This shows China＇s ability in effecdvely applying WTO dispute settlement mechanism and accurate applying WTO rules. It is of positive significance in effectively settling international trade disputes in the future by seriously summing up experiences of these cases and their enlightenments or warnings to us.
