摘要
随着同煤集团煤峪口矿防治水工作的全面推进,各层间放水孔及新旧盘区生产所需排水系统及溜煤眼施工所需钻孔数量迅速上升。为了提高钻孔成功率,分析了施工钻孔期间的各类误差来源,经过排除钻机方面可控制因素后,确定了传统钻孔施工的弊端是导致钻孔施工不精准的主要原因。该矿提出了施工一个高精度钻机平台的方法,解决施工中孔位偏差造成的废孔或不通,导致大量人员浪费和时间上接替困难等问题。以立眼、斜孔施工为例,介绍了施工方法和注意事项。运用此方法,施工钻孔可达到预期效果。
In order to improve the success rate of drilling,analyzes the various error sources during construction drilling,controllable factors in drilling machine are excluded,determines that the disadvantages of traditional drilling construction is the main reason of inaccurate drilling construction.It presents the method of construction a high preci-sion drilling platform,solves waste hole or impassability that caused by hole location deviation under construction, which leads to people waste and time replacing difficulty.Takes vertical borehole,the inclined hole construction for the examples,introduces the construction method and matters needing attention.By using the method,the construc-tion drilling can achieve the desired effect.
