摘要
德国是世界上最早建立社会保障制度的国家。自从德国农村社会保障制度建立以来,已经经过120多年,目前来看德国农村社会保障法律制度在覆盖面和立法上都十分全面。对于我国而言,吸收借鉴其经验,维护农民的社会保障权具有重要的意义。
Germany is the first country to establish the social security system in the world. German rural so-cial security system has 120 years＇ history since its establishment, and at present it is comprehensive in coverageand legislation. For our country, its experience is of great significance for maintaining farmers＇ rights to socialsecurity.
