摘要
我国水质健康风险评估的参数选取一般直接引用美国公布的数据,将因地域差异引起暴露参数不同而导致风险评估结果失真。针对我国尚无调查公布的暴露参数手册,选取南方某地进行了饮水率暴露参数研究,得到了总体样本、男性、女性的饮水率分别为2.28、2.41、2.14L/d。根据最小二乘原理,借助MATLAB进行了拟合分析,得到了饮水率随年龄段呈现开口向下的二次函数规律。最后对比了本区域研究结果与美国、我国北方结果的异同,并讨论了其成因。以上研究可为风险评估工作提供一定的科学支持。
The parameters selection for water quality health risk assessment in China generally direct references to the data released by United States, which will cause risk assessment results distortion because of different exposure parameters in different regions. At present, there is no manual of exposure parameters in China. So the exposure parameters for water quality health risk assessment are studied in south China. The drinking water intake rate for the overall sample, male, female are 2.28, 2. 41, 2. 14 L/d, respectively. According to the principle of least squares and using MATLAB for fitting analysis, it is found that the law of the change of drinking water intake rate along with the ages is the downwards quadratic function. Finally the research results in this area are compared with those in United States and north China. The similarities and differences between the results are discussed. The research results can provide some scientific support for risk assessment.
