摘要
为实现对红外热像仪设备的性能检测和故障诊断,促进红外系统检测设备的国产化,设计了红外热像仪检测诊断系统的电路单元;以工控机为核心,由红外平行光管、黑体及电路系统共同构建了检测诊断系统;通过图像采集卡对被测设备的输出图像进行采集,由工控机实现对图像的分析和处理,计算NETD、MRTD等关键指标;设计电信号激励与检测单元,为被测电路提供激励信号和输出响应的采集分析,实现对电路系统的指标检测和故障诊断;实验测试表明,该检测系统电路达到了设计指标要求;目前,该系统已成功应用于某小型红外系统的测试。
To realize the performance test and fault diagnosis for the infrared equipment, press homemade demand of test equipment for infrared system, the circuit unit of the test system is designed. The test system consists of industrial personal computer, black--body and circuit. The image is collected by Image acquisition card, and the image is analyzed and processed by the program in the IPC, which calculates the value of NETD and the MRTD. The input and output circuit is designed for the infrared system, which provides the pumping signal and gathers the output response. It is proved by the experiments that the test circuit achieves the design demand. The circuit is applied to the portable test equipment of infrared system.
