论述了闽江防洪工程福州段(一期)工程的工程地质情况及塑料排水板处理软土地基的工作原理。介绍了塑料排水板的材料、施工机械、工艺流程、监测方法和施工质量控制措施。
The author discussed the engineering geological conditions of Fuzhou section（1st-stage）of Minjiang River Flood Protection Project and the working principle of soft foundation treatment with plastic drainage plates. An introduction was made on the material of plastic drainage plate, the construction machine, technical program, monitoring method and construction quality control measures.
