摘要
通过对用户的锅炉保护系统FSSS的改造,分析了PLC冗余技术主要原理及应用。通过采用西门子300PLC的冗余配置设计提高了控制系统的稳定性,实现了锅炉保护系统的安全运行。经过系统的调试运行,PLC系统可在100ms内完成主站与从站的冗余切换,完全满足系统安全要求。
Through the modification of furnace FSSS, this article analyzes the main theory and application of PLC redundancy technology. By using Siemens 300PLC redundancy design, it improves control system stability, and enhances boiler protection system safety operation. Through the commissioning, PLC could switch the redundancy between main station and sub station within lOOms that meet the security requirement.
