摘要
本实验对国标法(KMn O4滴定法)和EDTA络合滴定法测定饲料中含钙量进行比较研究。KMn O4滴定法存在费时过长,操作过程繁琐等问题,而EDTA络合滴定法较为简便。通过对不同饲料样品的测定发现,这两种方法测定结果相近。因此,DETA络合滴定法适用于饲料中钙含量的测定。
In this experiment,the national standard method （KMnO4 titration method）and EDTA complexometric titration method for determination of calcium content in feed were studied. KMnO4 titration method had problems, such as time-consuming and complicated operation.EDTA complexometric titration method was simple.Through the determination of various feed samples, the determination results of the two methods were similar.Therefore, EDTA complexometric titration was fitted determination for calcium content in feed.
