摘要
在高等教育大众化的今天,就业问题成为高等教育尤其是职业高等教育所培养的学生面临的十分重要和严峻的问题。高职院校应改革原有的培养人才模式,确立以就业为导向的培养模式:建立以就业为导向的培养目标体系,加强目标管理;积极接地气,构建满足地方产业需求的专业群;建立适应社会发展需要的专业动态调整机制;加强校企合作,深化专业内涵建设;积极建立集教学、培训和技能鉴定为一体的实训基地,强化学生的实操能力;教师结构双师型化,建立有效的教师专业成长机制;加强办学的国际化,拓宽学生的国际视野。
Along with the popularization of higher education, the employment problem of higher education becomes a very important and serious problem especially for the vocational training of students. For higher voca- tional colleges, to solve this problem, we need to reform the existing personnel training mode, establish a career- oriented training mode, construct professional groups to meet the needs of local industry, establish a professional and dynamic adjustment mechanism of social development needs, strengthen the cooperation between colleges and enterprises, actively establish a system of teaching, training and skills identified as one of the training base to strengthen the students practical ability, establish effective mechanism of teachers' professional growth with double-quality teachers, strengthen the educational internationalization, and expand the international perspective of students and teachers.
