摘要
为了研究不同粉胶比对沥青胶浆的流变性能的影响,选用了东青石灰岩矿粉和克拉玛依AH-90沥青,按照粉胶比为0.6、0.8、1.0、1.2、1.4,通过DSR、BBR等设备对沥青胶浆的高、低温及疲劳性能进行研究。着重分析了不同粉胶比对沥青胶浆流变性能的影响,并总结出一个合适的粉胶比范围。
In order to study the influence of different filler-bitumen ratio on rheological properties of asphalt combined binder,the Dongqing limestone ore powder and Karamay asphalt AH-90 are selected, when the filler-bitumen ratio is 0.6, 0.8, 1.0, 1.2, and 1.4, the high temperature,low temperature and fatigue performance are studied by means of DSR and BBR device. The study focuses on the impact of different filler-bitumen ratio on rheological property of asphalt combined binder, and an appropriate range of filler-bitumen ratio is concluded.
