摘要
医院文化已经成为医院生存和发展的重要战略资源和宝贵的物质及精神财富,有利于塑造良好的医院形象、增强职工凝聚力、增强医院市场竞争力、提高职工的整体素质及调节功能,但总体上仍存在一些不可忽视的问题,医院文化建设流于形式及表面。应通过提高医院管理水平、完善医院制度;以人为本进行管理(尊重人格、养成良好的自律意识和行为习惯、构筑双赢平台);创造人性化服务(塑造环境文化、树立"以患者为中心"的服务理念;建立完整的医疗服务体系);建立知识型医院;规范服务行为,促进医院文化建设。
The hospital culture has become an important strategic resource for the survival and development of the hospital and valuable material and spiritual wealth,is conducive to create a good image of the hospital,enhance employee cohesion, enhance the market competitiveness of the hospital,improve the overall quality of employees and regulating function,but there are still some problems that cannot be ignored in general,hospital culture construction becomes a mere formality and surface;by improving the level of hospital management,improve hospital system; people-oriented management （respect personality,habits,self-discipline and good behavior of building a win-win platform）;create humanized service （shaping the environment culture, to establish＂the patient as the center＂of the service concept;the establishment of a complete medical service system building knowledge）;Hospital normative acts service for the construction of hospital culture.
