摘要
对经分子生物学手段检测出感染了传染性脾肾坏死病毒鳜Siniperca chuatsi组织进行病理学观察。结果发现:患病鳜(1)造血器官严重坏死:以脾脏最为严重,脾细胞正在坏死或已坏死,细胞稀疏;头肾和肾的淋巴样组织坏死次之;(2)主要器官血管壁组织坏死:脾、肝、头肾、肾的大血管均坏死;(3)组织淤血、出血:肠、肠系膜、性腺、肝脏等部位呈现不同程度的淤血、出血;(4)在各器官出现数量不一的肿大细胞:以脾脏中最多。
Histopathological observation was conducted in mandarinfish Siniperca chuatsi infected by infectious spleen and kidney necrosis virus (ISKNV) detected by means of molecular biology. It was found that ( 1 ) hematopoietic organs were severe necrosis: es- pecially the spleen which was necrotizing or had necrotized in cells being sparse. Lymphoid tissue of head-kidney and kidney were al- so severe; (2) Blood vascular wall of major organs were necrosis: necrosis of big blood vascula were observed in spleen, liver, head kidney and kidney; (3) Tissues showed congestion and hemorrhage, and there were different levels of congestion and hemorrhage in the intestine, mesentery, gonad, and liver; (4) There was different number of enlarged cells in various organs, the most severe in the spleen.
