摘要采用PPP模式提供城市生活垃圾处理服务,通过有效地结合公私部门的各自优势,可以同时实现城市生活垃圾治理的社会、环境与经济效益。结合我国某大型PPP模式的成功案例,针对PPP模式的发展及其优点在环卫保洁项目中的应用的做简要分析。
