摘要
目的对我院西药退药原因进行统计,寻找减少退药的方法。方法收集2014年1月~12月门诊西药退药处方657例,分别对数据进行统计。结果门诊西药退药原因主要有:医生操作失误226张(34.4%),不良反应195张(29.7%),患者拒服药品86张(13.1%),其它150张(22.6%),共计657张。结论医生与药师应共同努力,进一步完善退药制度,加强医患沟通,提高医疗服务质量,减少退药情况发生,保证用药安全。
Objective To sum up the reason for drug returning and to explore the ways to reduce drug returning for improving the quality of medical services and ensuring the medication safety.Methods 657 outpatient prescriptions of western medicine returning from January to December in 2014 were collected to conduct meta-analysis.Results The main reasons for outpatient medicine returning had doctor's operational errors, 226 cases( 34.4% of total 657 cases), adverse drug reactions, 195 cases(29.7%),patients refuse to take the medicine, 86 cases (13.1%), others 150 cases (22.6%).Conclusion Under the efforts of the doctors and pharmacists, they adopt the measure such as establishing the system of medicine returning, strengthening the physician-patient communication, improve the quality of medical services, the phenomena of medicine returning decrease apparently.
