摘要
目的探究和分析护理干预对护理心衰患者的康复影响。方法选择我院2013年10月～2014年10月慢性心衰住院患者80例,随机分成对照组和实验组,对照组给予常规护理,实验组增加综合护理,观察和比较两组患者的护理情况。结果心功能改善情况上,实验组的总有效率明显比对照组高（P〈0.05）;症状控制时间比较上,实验组比对照组短（P〈0.05）。结论给予慢性心衰患者护理干预,能够有效促进患者的恢复,改善患者的预后,值得进一步普及和推广。
Objective To explore and analyze the rehabilitation intervention of rehabilitation of patients nursing with heart failure. Methods Eighty patients with chronic heart failure of our hospital between October 2013 and October 2014, randomly were divided into control group and experimental group, the patients of control group were given conventional nursing, the patients of experimental group were increased comprehensive care,observation and comparison the patients nursing of two groups Results The total effective rate of experimental group was significantly higher than the control group in the cardiac function improvement （P〈0.05）; The experimental group was shorter than the control group in the symptom control time（P〈0. 05） Conclusion Nursing intervention in patients with chronic heart failure can effectively promote the rehabilitation and prognosis and is worthy of further popularization and promotion.
