摘要
目的评价四手操作护理在窝沟封闭术中的应用效果。方法选取2012年4月至2014年3月我院收治的符合窝沟封闭术条件的患儿56例,随机分为两组各28例,比较观察组(四手操作护理)与对照组(独立操作)的操作时间、使用满意度及6月内封闭剂脱落率。结果观察组的操作时间为(12.03±3.14)min,封闭剂完全脱落率仅为7.14%(2/28),均明显低于对照组水平,且观察组患儿的使用满意度为(8.79±1.11)分,较对照组有显著提高。各项指标的组间差异均具统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论将四手操作护理应用于窝沟封闭术中,不仅能显著缩短手术操作时间,还可优化手术效果,降低术后封闭剂脱落的发生几率,提高患儿的使用满意度,值得在牙科临床治疗中推广使用。
Objective To evaluate the effect of four-handed care applications in the pit and fissure sealant. Methods April,2012-March,2014,56 cases of children in our hospital with the conditions of pit and fissure sealant,were randomly divided into two groups of 28 cases,observation group（ four-handed treatment）and control group（ independent operations） time,user satisfaction and within June sealer off rate. Results The operating time for the observation group（ 12. 03 ± 3. 14） min,sealers completely off rate was 7. 14%（ 2 /28）,were significantly lower than the control group level,children and the use of satisfaction for the observation group（ 8. 79 ± 1. 11） points,compared with the control group had significantly increased. The differences between groups were statistically significant indicators（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusions The four-handed treatment of pit and fissure sealant is applied,can not only significantly shorten the operation time,but also optimize the surgical results and reduce the incidence of postoperative sealer off the chance,and improve the children ＇s use of satisfaction,worth promotion in the use of clinical dentistry treatmen.
