摘要
目的探讨输卵管功能评分对评估腹腔镜联合道地通管汤治疗输卵管阻塞性不孕的临床疗效。方法收集2009—2012年我院240例输卵管阻塞性不孕的病人,行腹腔镜检查及治疗,术中对输卵管进行功能评分,术后使用道地通管汤灌肠,观察治疗后妊娠率情况。结果输卵管评分高组妊娠率明显高于评分中、低组P<0.05,结果具有统计学意义。结论输卵管功能评分可以判断腹腔镜联合道地通管汤治疗输卵管阻塞性不孕患者预后。
Objective To observe the value of Least function scoring system（ LF） in infertility patients with oviduct obstruction by Laparoscopy plus Daoditongguan Decoction. Methods 240 cases of oviduct obstruction infertility patients from 2009 to 2012 were treated with laparoscopy,and scored for oviduct by the LF system,Herb Retention enema of Daoditongguan Decoction after the operation,pregnant rates were observed.Results The Pregnant rates in high scores groups with the LF system was higher than the low scores groups,the low scores groups P〈0. 05,with statistical significance. Conclusions We can evaluate prognosis in infertility patients with oviduct obstruction by Laparoscopy combined with Daoditongguan Decoction.
