3例误诊为肺结核的ANCA相关性小血管炎的临床分析 被引量：2

摘要 目的对误诊为肺结核的抗中性粒细胞包浆抗体(ANCA)相关性小血管炎临床特征进行分析。方法分析3例我院确诊为ANCA相关性小血管炎的临床资料。结果 3例患者均有肺部病变,肾脏损害2例,鼻窦损害1例,所有患者ANCA阳性,大部分患者可见白细胞升高,贫血、血沉加快,C反应蛋白升高,应用糖皮质激素治疗,死亡1例,缓解2例。结论ANCA相关性小血管炎临床表现缺乏特异性,误诊率高,ANCA检查有助于该病的早期诊断,糖皮质激素治疗能改善预后。
