摘要
介绍了汉钢采用120 t顶底复吹转炉-LF精炼炉-连铸生产65号高碳钢的生产工艺,提出了生产优质65高碳钢方坯的技术路线和措施。生产实践表明,提高转炉出钢碳、低过热度浇注、合理的连铸拉速、二冷配水和结晶器电磁搅拌参数是生产高碳钢的关键,该工艺生产65钢,铸坯表面和内部质量均满足国标要求。
The production process of 65 high carbon steel by 120 t top and bottom combined blown converter-LF refining furnace-continuous casting was introduced. The technical route and measures of 65 high-grade high carbon steel billet production were put forward. Practice showed that increasing converter steel carbon, continuous casting with low superheat at reasonable speed and secondary cooling water, and the mold electromagnetic stirring parameter were the key to producing high carbon steel. It can meet the requirement of surface and internal qualities of the national standard by using the process for producing 65 steel billets.
