摘要
目的探讨剖宫产术后溶栓治疗时间窗的选择。方法回顾性分析剖宫产术后下肢深静脉血栓形成107例病案资料,按溶栓时机分为治疗组、对照组两组,所有患者应用尿激酶溶栓治疗,疗程≤7 d。观察溶栓成功率、再通时间、不良反应发生率,比较组间差异。结果溶栓成功率、再通时间,治疗组均优于对照组;不良反应发生率,治疗组高于对照组,但无严重出血倾向发生。结论早期溶栓治疗可有效治疗下肢深静脉血栓,提高疗效,改善预后。
Objective To explore the best thrombolysis treatment window for lower extremity deep venous thrombosis after cesarean section.Methods Retrospective analysis of deep venous thrombosis after cesarean section 107 cases,divided randomly into two groups by the thrombolysis treatment window： the treatment group and the contrast group. Al patients were treated with urokinase thrombolytic therapy,period≤7 d. The success rate of thrombolysis and reperfusion time were observed. Compared the difference between two groups.Results There was a marked difference in the results. The success rate of thrombolysis,reperfusion time in the treatment group were higher than the contrast group. The incidence rate of adverse reaction in the treatment group was higher than contrast group,but no severe adverse effect was encountered.Conclusion The clinical effcet on early thrombolytic therapy is effective,and adverse reaction do not significantly increase.
