摘要
牛仔纱硫化染料染色中,采用环保型还原剂AS替代硫化钠还原硫化黑染料。通过染色织物的颜色性能、物理机械性能及染液的氧化还原电位、COD值等指标,分析了环保型还原剂AS的染色性能及成本。结果表明,与硫化钠相比,以还原剂AS作还原剂,可避免在化料、生产及后续加工中产生硫化氢气体,并降低染色残液COD值;纱线染色织物的染色深度、色光、色牢度及耐拉伸性能基本相同,染色成本相当,表明环保型还原剂AS可以代替硫化钠,应用在牛仔纱硫化染料浆染加工过程。
The environmentally friendly reducing agent AS is used to replace sodium sulfide in denim dyeing with sulfur dyes. The performance and cost of reducing agent AS is evaluated by testing the color performance, physical and mechanical properties of the fabric, oxidation reduction potential and COD value of dye bath. The results indicate that, compared with sodium sulfide, reducing agent AS does not generate hydrogen sulfide gas during processing, and the COD value of residual dye bath is decreased. Color depth, shade, fastness, tensile strength and production cost of dyed yarn fabric treated by reducing agent AS are basically the same as those by sodium sulfide.
