摘要
在TiO2/ZnO水溶胶对纺织品抗菌整理中,探讨了水溶胶中TiO2与ZnO物质的量之比、TiO2/ZnO水溶胶的浓度、掺杂类型、掺杂Ag^+浓度、掺杂La^3+浓度、陈化时间以及外部测试的光源环境对其抗菌整理效果的影响。优化的TiO2/ZnO水溶胶抗菌整理工艺配方为:水溶胶中TiO2/ZnO物质的量之比为2:1,复合水溶胶适宜的摩尔浓度为0.2—0.3mol/L;掺0.5%La^3+或0.5%Ag^+到TiO2/ZnO水溶胶中,对金黄葡萄球菌和大肠埃希菌的抑菌率明显高于未掺杂的TiO2/ZnO复合水溶胶。
In anti-bacterial finish of textiles with TiO2/ZnO hydrosol, the factors affecting anti-bacterial properties are discussed, such as molar ratio of TiO2/ZnO hydrosol, concentration of TiO2/ZnO hydrosol, types of doping, doping concentration of Ag^+ and La^3+, aging time and lighting conditions. The optimal recipe of TiO2/ZnO hydrosol is molar ratio of 2:1 and concentration of 0.2-0.3 mol/L. Doping 0.5% La^3+ or 0.5% Ag^+ to TiO2/ZnO hydrosol, the anti-bacterial effects on staphylococcus aureus and escherichia coil are significantly higher than those of undoped TiO2/ZnO composite hydrosol.
