摘要 文中以迁安中化煤化工有限责任公司干熄焦余热发电系统为研究对象,通过热平衡和平衡计算,分析得出干熄炉与余热锅炉的内部换热过程及汽轮机内部做功过程是三大损失环节,分别占总损的13.64%、21.90%和18.74%。为揭示这三大主要设备内部的能量利用过程,在能量平衡计算的基础上,利用EUD图像法进行损分析。其中干熄炉内部冷却段和环形烟道段两部分损相当;余热锅炉内部蒸发器段损最大;汽轮机内部末端损最大。最后根据EUD图像法的分析结果,针对这三个主要设备提出了一些优化措施,以提高迁安中化干熄焦余热发电系统的吨焦净发电量。 This thesis takes the CDQ waste heat power generating system of Qian "an coal chemical industry limited liability company as the research object . Through thermal balance and energy balance calculation, the results show that the three parts which are the internal heat transfer process of dry quenching furnace and waste heat boiler and the internal work process of steam turbine have serious exergy loss, respectively of the total energy loss of 13.64%, 21.90% and 18.74%. Energy Utilization Diagram is based on energy balance calculation. The thesis utilizes the energy method to reveal the internal energy utilization process of the three major equipment, The results are shown as follows. Inside the chamber of the dry quenching furnace, the energy loss in the cooling section and annular flue section are almost equal, Inside the chamber of the waste heat boiler, The energy loss of the evaporator section and the end of Steam turbine are both the biggest Finally, according to the results of the Energy Utilization Diagram, the thesis puts forward some optimization measures about the three main equipment to improve tons coke net generating capacity in the CDQ waste heat power generation system.
