摘要
采用芬顿氧化+混凝沉淀+水解酸化+缺氧/好氧+电催化工艺处理芳香酮生产废水,处理规模为100 m3/d。运行结果表明,出水COD稳定在300 mg/L以下,出水水质达到《污水综合排放标准》(GB 8978—1996)的三级标准。该处理工艺具有处理效果好、运行稳定、抗冲击负荷能力强且操作维护方便等特点。
The combined process of Fenton oxidation, coagulation sedimentation, hydrolysis acidification, A/O and electrocatalysis was applied to treat aromatic ketone production wastewater, and the treatment capacity was 100 m^3/d. The running results indicated that the effluent COD concentration was lower than 300 mg/L, which could meet the third class criteria specified in the Integrated Wastewater Dis- charge Standard (GB 8978 -1996). The treatment process had advantages of good treatment effect, sta- ble operation, strong resistance to impact loading, easy management and maintenance.
