摘要
探讨水稻种子包衣肥对秧苗生长的影响以及包肥种子的储存性,为水稻种子包衣肥的研制、包肥种子的储存提供理论依据。用水稻种子包衣肥包衣早稻和晚稻种子,利用泥床发芽试验,测试包肥种子的发芽率、成苗率、苗高、茎基宽、鲜重、干重、总根数及单位苗高干重等苗素质。将包肥种子常温储存一年,每月检测其发芽率。结果表明:水稻种子包衣与未包衣(CK)相比,水稻种子的苗高显著提高,而总根数无显著差异。其中,早稻种子包衣肥处理的苗高提高41.13%;而其茎基宽、鲜重、干重分别增加10%、18.71%、14.79%。晚稻种子包衣肥的苗高提高26.77%;而其茎基宽、鲜重、干重分别增加13.33%、14.34%、13.69%。除此之外,经种子包衣肥包衣处理的种子,其发芽率在整个储存期间变化较小,而未包衣的种子发芽率随着储存时间的延长下降较快。说明水稻种子包衣肥能明显提高水稻秧苗素质和种子的耐储存性。
To explore the influence of seed--coating fertilizer on seeding growth and the seed--coating fertilizer of storage performance, it provided theoretic evidence for preparation of seed--coating fertilizer and storage of fertilizer--coated seeds. With early and late rice seeds coated by seed--coating fertilizer, using the mud germination test bed, through test the fertilizer--coated seeds' seeding quality, including germination rate, seeding rate, seedling height, stem base width, fresh weight, dry weight, total roots' number and unit dry height weight. And through storage for a year under ordinary temperature, tested its germination energy every month.. The results showed that compared with the uncoated rice seeds (CK), the rice seeding height of coated rice seeds increased significantly, but the total number of roots was not significantly different. The fertilizer--coated early--rice seeds could significantly increased its height 41.13 %. Tts stem base width, the total number of roots, fresh weight, dry weight, height unit dry weight were increased by 10 %, 1.28 %,18.71 %, 14.79 %. Compared with CK, the fertilizer--coated late--rice seeds significantly increased its height 26.77 % . Its stem base width, the total number of roots, fresh weight, dry weight, height unit dry weight were increased by 13.33%,3.85%,14.34% ,13.69%. In addition, the seed treated by seed --coating fertilizer coating, the germination rate during the whole storage changed small, without coating seed germination rate as the extension of storage time decreased rapidly. It's indicated that the seed--coating fertilizer significantly improved the quality of rice seedling and safety storage of rice seed.
