摘要
针对特殊场合对粗糙度传感器小尺寸的需求,设计了一种新型的传感器零位调整结构。该结构以线圈作为调节对象,克服了传统螺纹调节方式尺寸偏大、调节不便的问题。经过验证,新型结构有效满足了传感器零点调节的需求,各项技术指标都达到了国家标准要求。该设计有效解决了新型传感器开发遇到的瓶颈问题。
In this paper, a novel zeroing mechanism of surface roughness sensor is designed for the de- mand of small dimension in special case. Directing at adjusting coil section, the zeroing mechanism re- solves the problem that the size of stylus tip and adherent section is large and the adjusting process is complicated in traditional structure where worm is used to be adjusted. Through test and verification, the zeroing mechanism satisfies the request of zero position adjustment of surface roughness sensor. All the indexes of zeroing mechanism are in accordance with the national standards. The design solves the bot- tleneck problem in developing surface roughness sensor.
