摘要
目的探讨可行的出院患者回访模式。方法在医院开展多年的针对单纯疾病或科级或院级对出院患者回访工作的基础上,运用正反馈闭环管理系统理论,建立了院科两级职责不同与功能互补的出院患者回访模式。结果院科两级出院患者回访模式的应用比其以往单纯疾病或院级或科级单一回访相比受访人数数量多,回访率高,效果更好。结论认为通过建立院科两级出院患者回访模式可有针对性地改进医疗服务质量,满足患者需求。
Objective The paper aims to discuss feasible mode of return visit to discharged patients. Methods Based on years of the hospital’s return visit to discharged patients in terms of a simple disease or at department or hospital level, the theory of positive feedback closed-loop management system is applied to establish a mode of return visit to discharged patients that incorporates different responsibilities of both department and hospital and realizes their functional complementation. Results Compared with the previous return visits aiming at a simple disease or only at department or hospital level, the mode of return visit to discharged patients at both department and hospital levels has a larger number of respondents, a higher return visit rate, and a better effect. Conclusions It is believed the mode of return visit to discharged patients at both department and hospital levels can be utilized to improve the quality of medical service and satisfy patients’ demands in a targeted fashion.
