摘要
合理用药水平与医院发展有着必然的联系。介绍了北京大学第三医院应用现代管理工具,采取事前干预、事后评价的运行机制将合理用药的理念贯穿于医院用药的整个过程,增强了合理用药的管控效能,发挥了临床药师和临床医师的积极性,使合理用药持续改进和提升。
Peking University modem managem enhances the effic The development of a hospital is necessarily associated with its level of rational drug use. The paper introduces how Third Hospital makes its whole medication process permeated with the idea of rational drug use through utilizing ent tools and adopting the mechanism of intervention in advance and evaluation afterwards, by which the hospital iency of rational drug use control, gives play to the initiative of clinical pharmacists and physicians, and achieves continuous improvement and promotion of the level of rational drug use
