摘要
文章采用普通C-Mn钢通过TMCP工艺,试验相变强化生产高强汽车梁钢的技术及工艺可行性,通过采用控轧控冷技术,控制奥氏体冷却形成贝氏体组织,达到提高钢材强度,保持较好的塑性指标的目的。文章实验结果表明,采用两段式冷却生产510 MPa贝氏体汽车大梁钢技术路线是可行的。
In this paper, the plain C-Mn Steel by means of TMCP process, test through the phase transition enhanced production of high strength automobile beam steel technology and the feasibility, by controlled rolling and controlled cooling technique, control cooling of Austenite Bainite formation, to improve the strength of steel, keep good plastic index.
