摘要
双语教学是高校培养复合型国际化人才的有效途径,笔者从教学管理视角,提出由开课审核、过程监管、教学评价组成的层级式连贯型高校双语教学管理体系的构建,以完善双语教学在管理层面的研究,更好地保障双语教学效果。
The bilingual teaching is an effective way to cultivate compound international talents in universities. This paper discusses the construction of the management system of bilingual teaching in colleges and universities from the perspective of teaching management. The system features hierarchy and consistency and consists of three subsystems, i.e., examination of teaching programmer, process supervision and teaching evaluation whose purpose is to improve the management level of bilingual teaching and ensure its positive effect.
