摘要
本文概括说明生态文明系统观的本质内涵、构成生态系统的要素,并从整体和部分的辩证关系说明生态文明系统观的整体性,进而从生态文明系统观的统筹和顶层设计等四个方面具体论述了生态文明系统观践行的具体对策。
The paper ecological civilization, this lectical relationship of the cing concept of ecological overviews the essential meaning and constitutes elements of system concept of article explains the wholeness of the ecological civilization system from the dia- whole and the part. At last, the paper discusses the specific measures of practi- civilization system from co-ordinate and top-level design etc.
