深井软岩巷道钢管混凝土支架复合支护技术 被引量:4

摘要 针对口孜东煤矿-967m水平轨道石门软岩巷道变形严重支护困难的问题,结合现场考察、室内测试、现场试验与监测等方法,分析了围岩变形特征和巷道失稳破坏的原因,在此基础上,依据承压环强化支护理论,提出了2种基于钢管混凝土支架的高强度复合支护方案。工程应用表明2种封闭式高强度复合支护体均能有效抑制围岩向巷道空间内移动,围岩最大移近量小于90mm,满足巷道变形要求,同时支护体整体结构完好,工程应用效果优良。 Aimed at the problem that the soft roadway of orbital cross-hole at the depth level of -967 m in Kouzidong Coal Mine transformed severely and was hard to support, comprehensive methods that including site inspection, laboratory test, field test and monitoring were used to analysis the features of surrounding rock deformation and the reasons of buckling failure. On the basis of above analysis, two high strength composite support schemes based on concrete-filled steel tube support were put forward according to the strengthening support theory of pressure bearing ring. The engineering application results showed that these two enclosed type composite support systems could effectively restrain the surrounding rock from moving to the roadway, and the maximum deformation of surrounding rock was less than 90 ram, which met the requirement of roadway deformation. The massive structure of support system was in good condition, and the engineering application effect was also good.
