摘要
目的:观察中药内服加外用治疗下肢静脉曲张硬化剂注射术后复发病例临床疗效。方法:收集2009年3月-2013年12月北京中医药大学附属护国寺中医医院54例静脉曲张硬化剂注射术后复发及产生并发症患者,服用静脉曲张方剂1号,每日1剂,每日2次服用,10剂为1个疗程。外用静脉曲张2号方,趁温热熏洗患处并泡浴患肢,2次/d,15min/次,10剂为1个疗程。连续治疗3个疗程,观察临床疗效,评估方法采用通行的慢性静脉疾病临床严重程度评分,同时判断下肢水肿治疗疗效。结果:54例患者在治疗后的VCSS评分项目中得到改善[(15.6±2.74)VS(8.4±1.84)],特别是在下肢肿胀方面,治疗后3个月较治疗前明显改善(P<0.05)。患者均表示疼痛较前有缓解,有12例溃疡基本愈合。结论:中药内外合治下肢静脉曲张硬化剂注射术后复发病例有一定疗效。
Objective： To observe the clinical curative effects of TCM on recurrence of lower varicose veins .Methods： 54 cases of recurrence of lower varicose veins and complications selected from March 2009 to December 2013 in the hospital of Huguo temple, were given prescription No.l, daily I agent, 2 times per day, 10 agents for 1 courses and external varix No.2, washing the affected area and bath limb 15mird time in warm water, 2 times/day, 10 agent for 1 course, for 3 courses, observing the clinical curative effects, evaluation method using the common chronic venous disease clinical severity score, at the same time to judge the efficacy of edema treatment of lower extremity. Results： 54 patients atter treatment ,VCSS score project improved [（15.6 ± 2.74） VS （8.4 ± 1.84）], especially in lower limb swelling, after treatment 3 months than before treatment have an significantly improve （P〈0.05）. Patients expressed pain was relieved, 12 eases of ulcer healing. Have a certain effect on recurrence. Conclusion： There was a effects of treating TCM on Limb sclerotherapy varicose recurrence.
