摘要
目的:探讨对中风偏瘫后遗症患者采用中医针灸治疗的临床效果。方法:收集76例中风偏瘫后遗症患者的临床资料,分为观察组与对照组,每组各38例,对照组给予系统的康复训练,观察组在此基础上给予中医针灸治疗,观察比较两组患者的生活能力评分、运动功能评分、生活质量评分及治疗总有效率。结果:治疗后,观察组的BI、MAS、SS-QOL评分均显著高于对照组,有统计意义(P<0.05);观察组治疗的总有效率为92.11%,显著高于对照组的68.42%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:对中风偏瘫后遗症患者采用中医针灸治疗,能有效促进患者患肢功能的恢复,疗效显著,有利于提高患者的生活质量。
Objective： To investigate the clinical effect on apoplectic hemiplegia sequelae were treated with acupuncture therapy. Methods： The clinical data were collected in 76 cases of patients with sequela of apoplexy hemiplegia, divided into the observed group and control group, 38 cases in each;the control group were given rehabilitation training system, based on the observed group given acupuncture treatment, were observed, and compared two groups of patients with life ability of motor function score, quality of life score and total treatment have the effect. Results： After the treatment, the observed group BI, MAS, SS-QOL scores were significantly higher than those in the control group. There was statistically significant （P〈0.05）; treatment group total effectiveness is 92.11%, significantly higher than the control group was 68.42%, statistically significant （P〈0.05）. Conclusion： The sequela of apoplexy and hemiplegia were treated with acupuncture treatment, can effectively promote the limb function recovery in patients with significant efficacy, is conducive to improve the quality of life of patients.
