摘要
支气管扩张症的病因病机主要是痰郁而化热,灼伤肺津,热炼液成痰,壅遏肺气,痰与热互结为其主要病理因素并且贯穿病程始终。刘建秋教授运用中西医结合论治肺系疾病,经验丰富,深谙医理,融汇理法方药,因症施治,辨病与辨证相结合。主张从清热、补虚、燥湿化痰、活血祛瘀,扶正固本等方面对支气管扩张症的不同阶段进行辨证施治。
