摘要
对近年经行头痛的中国传统医学非药物疗法进行综述,从体针治疗、耳针治疗、火针治疗、刺络放血疗法以及综合治疗等诸多方面对本病治疗进行探讨,指出中医药在治疗经行头痛方面方法多、应用广,临床疗效显著,具有广阔的发展前景。但非药物疗法的分类方法较多,且无统一的标准,理论研究深度不一,应加强标准化规范化的研究,真正的发挥非药物疗法独特优势。
This paper has generally stated the non-pharmaceutical therapy of traditional Chinese medicine on headache during menstruation appeared in recent years. We discussed the methods from body acupuncture,earpins treatment, fire needle treatment, stab winding bloodletting therapy and combined treatment. This paper also pointed out that Chinese Medicine has multiple methods and broad application on the treatment of headache during menstruation with remarkable clinical effect and great development prospect, but there are many ways without single standard for classifying the non-pharmaceutical therapy, and the researches on it were in different depths, so there should be enhancement in the standardization of the researches, and as a result to really bring the unique advantage of the non-pharmaceutical therapy.
