摘要
目的观察疏肝健脾方离子导入治疗肝郁脾虚型睑板腺导管阻塞型干眼病的临床效果。方法选择诊断为肝郁脾虚型睑板腺导管阻塞型干眼病患者146例,随机分为两组,观察组72例,治疗组74例,疗程1月。对照组给予常规处理:睑板腺热敷、按摩,白天滴左氧氟沙星眼液、羧甲基纤维素钠眼液,睡前涂红霉素眼膏治疗;观察组除给予常规处理,同时给予疏肝健脾方离子导入治疗;对两组患者治疗前后泪膜破裂时间(SUT)、泪液分泌量(ST)进行比较,统计两组患者的治疗效果。结果两组患者经过治疗后泪膜破裂时间延长,泪液分泌量增加,且观察组改善更为明显;观察组总有效率为83.78%,比较有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论疏肝健脾方离子导入治疗肝郁脾虚型睑板腺导管阻塞型干眼病的临床效果较单纯使用睑板腺热敷、按摩加眼药治疗效果好。
Objective To observe the clinical effects of ion introduction therapy of relieving liver and reinforcing spleen prescription on the treatment of xerophthalmia of meibomian gland duct obstruction of stagnation of liver qi and spleen deficiency type. Methods 146 patients with xerophthalmia of meibomian gland duct obstruction with stagnation of liver qi and spleen deficiency were randomly divided into control group and observation group, each group had 72 cases. The treatment course was one month. The control group was treated with the conventional treatmeng： hot compress and massage meiboian gland, adding to eye ointment. The observation group was treated with ion introduction therapy of relieving liver and reinforcing spleen prescription on the basisi of the conventional treatment. The BUT and ST of the two groups were compared before and after treatment, and the curative effects of the two groups were censored. Results After treatment, the BUT time of the two groups postponed, the ST secretion of the two groups increased, improvement of the observation group was more obvious, and the difference of comparsion was evident which had statistical significance（ P〈0.05）. Conclusion The effect of ion introduction therapy of relieving liver and reinforcing spleen prescription on the treatment of xerophthalmia of meibomian gland duct ob-struction of stagnation of liver qi and spleen deficiency type was better than that of the individual application hot compress, and massage meiboian gland and eye ointment.
