摘要
目的通过针灸治疗膝骨性关节炎的文献研究,了解今后研究的重点方向。方法通过计算机检索中国期刊全文数据库(CNKI)等1998年1月—2010年12月全部中医学期刊,对所获文献的研究方法,具体操作,结论进行分析。结果中医中药,传统的针灸方法,针灸配合推拿或针刀,针刺配合灸法或拔罐或配合药物,针刺配合各种仪器,火针,三棱针等等方法,均在治疗膝骨性关节炎上取得了良好疗效。结论中医针灸治疗本病广泛应用于在临床,并且取得了相当好的治疗效果,但就目前而言,临床研究方面尚存在较多问题,需进一步深入探究。当前临床研究对该病还需要深入的研究及研究的方法还需提高,在今后的研究中必须要有统一的疗效诊断标准,并采取大样本随机对照,这将是以后提高膝骨性关节炎临床治疗水平的核心所在。
Objective Through literature research of acupuncture and moxibustion on the treatment of knee osteoarthritis, understanding the focus on future research. Methods Retrieving China Academic Journal（CNKI） and all the medical journals from January 1998 to December 2010 by computer, the research methods, specific operations and the conclusions were analyzed. Results The traditional Chinese medicine and pharmacy, traditional acupuncture and moxibustion, acupuncture and moxibustion combined with tuina or acupotomologic therapy, acupuncture combined with moxibustion, or cupping, or drugs, acupuncture combined with a variety of instruments, fire needles, lancets, etc. on the treatment of knee osteoarthritis achieved good results. Conclusion Acupuncture and moxibustion on the treatment of this disease was widely used in clinic, and had a very good therapeutic effect. For now, however, there were still many aspects of clinical research questions, and need further exploration. The current level of clinical research on the disease needed the in-depth study and research methods need to be improved. There must be a unified diagnostic criteria, and large randomized controlled specializes needed to be collected in future studies, it would be the core to improve the level of clinical treatment of knee osteoarthritis in the future.
