摘要
我国职业院校应认真研究国务院、教育部针对辅导员队伍可持续发展的相关文件,根据各自院校的实际情况,借鉴相关院校的工作经验,做好辅导员队伍职业发展的体系构建工作,构建出针对辅导员职业健康发展的机制体系。
China＇s vocational colleges should seriously study the State Council, the Ministry of education for sus- tainable development of counselor team related documents, according to the actual situation of the respective colleges, draw lessons from relevant institutions work experience, do a good job of the professional development of college counselors system construction work, construct the counseling profession healthy development mechanism.
