摘要
针对大尹格庄金矿选矿厂一段磨机中钢球尺寸偏大及补加球不合理等问题,应用精确化装补球方法对其装补球制度进行优化。工业应用效果表明:采用新的装补球方法后,在不改变磨矿细度的条件下,磨机单位处理量提高7.46%,选矿厂电耗降低6.10%,磨矿介质单耗降低4.24%。同时,工业应用实践也证明精确化装补球方法在金矿选矿中具有很好的应用及推广价值。
In light of the over-sized steel balls and the flawed ball addition system of the single stage grinding mills in Dayingezhuang Gold Mine, accurate ball loading and addition method was used to improve the ball loading and addition system. The industrial test results show that the use of the new method can increase a mill unit capacity by 7.46 % , reduce power consumption of the total plant by 6.10 % and grinding media consumption by 4.24 % with the same fineness. The applied investigation proves that the accurate ball loading and addition method is worth widespread application in gold mineral dressing.
