摘要 基于VERICUT软件,以一种板类工件加工为例,研究了工件仿真加工与切削参数优化分析的全过程。应用VERICUT强大的仿真功能,实现刀轨仿真和机床仿真的同步显示,形象逼真地展现出机床加工的真实环境。经过分析加工切削参数,在软件内的程序优化模块进行相应参数设置,根据切削体积、切屑厚度的改变而改变走刀进给速度,实现加工程序的优化。优化后程序通过加工验证,使得工件整体加工时间缩短29.1%,加工出的零件也完全满足设计要求。为提高板类工件加工效率提供了一种有效方法。 Discusses the machining simulation and optimization analysis of cutting parameters based on the VERICUT software, which takes an example of plate parts machining. Synchronous display of tool path and machine simulation has achieved as the application of powerful VERICUT software which shows a vivid real environment of machining. Also, optimization of machining process has realized by analyzing cutting parameters, setting corresponding parameter in the optimization module of the software, changing the tool path and feed rate according to the changes of the cutting volume and cuttings thickness. The optimized program has passed the verification of machining processing, with a reduction of time by 29.1%, and the work piece can fully meet the design requirements. This provides an effective method to improving the efficiency of plate parts processing.
