摘要
以某水力自控翻板闸门为例,利用有限元模拟方法,将闸门撞击前的速度施加到所建立的模型上,模拟分析闸门撞击时的反应。鉴于闸门撞击速度较大的问题,提出采用在闸门撞击部位加橡胶垫减震的措施,并对闸门是否加橡胶垫的减振效果进行对比分析。所得成果可为同类闸门的设计和运行提供参考。
Taking a hydro-automatic flap gate as a study case, the speed before the shock of the gate is applied with the finite el- ement simulation method to the model established for simulating and analyzing the response during the shock of the gate. Because of the problem that the shocking speed of the gate is larger, a damping measure of placing rubber-damping pads on the shocked locations is proposed, furthermore, a comparative analysis is made on the damping effects for whether placing the rubber damping pad or not. The resuh obtained herein can provide a reference for the design andoperation of the similar kind of gate.
